Bug: OEE above 100% when the ideal cycle time is missing

Machines without an ideal cycle time fall back to 0, so performance divides by zero and the gauge shows 340%. Treat a missing ideal cycle time as unknown performance.

Tried it against the simulator, works for the first three presses.
